These terms govern your use of FOLIO and its services. By opening an account you agree to them.

1. The service

FOLIO provides a knowledge-base platform: you publish, typeset, sync and measure documentation, with AI drafting and read analytics.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for complying with laws that apply to it. FOLIO provides the platform, not your documentation strategy.

3. Fees

Fees are based on your plan, as disclosed on the pricing page. We never charge for inactive projects.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FOLIO for deceptive content, fraudulent activity, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FOLIO's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
